Retention
We use Listmonk to manage newsletter subscriptions and confirmations. We use your email for newsletter delivery while you remain subscribed. Unsubscribing stops newsletter delivery; contact us to request erasure of your subscriber record.
We retain customer correspondence and business contact details for the duration of the customer relationship and for two years after it ends. Enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship are retained until the enquiry and associated discussions are closed.
Records subject to Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code are retained for ten years: accounting records from the last accounting entry, and invoices and business correspondence from their issue or receipt, as applicable.
Where a longer period is required by law or necessary for an ongoing legal dispute, we retain only the relevant records until that requirement or dispute has ended.
Technical logs are retained for 30 days.
